We offer standard white-glove delivery for all large furniture items. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size, with free delivery available on orders over $1,500.
What is your return policy for furniture?
You can return most items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition and packaging. Please note that a 15% restocking fee may apply to large furniture items.
Do you offer assembly services?
Yes, our professional delivery team provides complimentary assembly for all white-glove delivery orders. For standard shipping items, easy-to-follow instructions and tools are included in the box.
Is there a warranty on Mega Furniture products?
All our furniture comes with a standard 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. We also offer extended protection plans for accidental stains and damage at an additional cost.
Can I track my order status?
Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number via email. For large furniture pieces, our logistics partner will contact you directly to schedule a specific delivery window.
